Suzi is a licenced Insolvency Practitioner and a qualified accountant and her responsibilties include the firms marketing and lead generation activities.

Suzi obtained membership of the Association of Accounting Technicians in
1998 and qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants in 2002.

She has experience of general management to include:

• Acting as management representative for Purnells ISO 9001:2000
  quality management system and.
• Responsibility for maintaining internal accounts, budgeting, payroll
  and other administrative duties.

Suzi also has wide experience in insolvency to include:

• Advising clients and setting out the options available to them.
• Chairing creditors meetings.
• The administration of insolvency appointments to include:
  • Bankruptcies
  • Individual Voluntary Arrangements
  • Creditors Voluntary Liquidation
  • Members Voluntary Liquidation
  • Company Voluntary Arrangements
• Investigating the financial affairs of Liquidated companies.
• Reporting to the DTI in respect of Directors Disqualification.
