Michelle joined Purnells in 1999
Within Purnells Michelle has a wide ranging
role. Acting as manager of all staff who provide client services.
In 2000 Michelle qualified
as an accountant and obtained membership with the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountants and became a licenced Insolvency
Practitioner in 2005.
Michelle
also has wide experience in insolvency to include:
- Advising clients and setting
out the options available to them.
- Chairing creditors meetings.
- The administration of
insolvency appointments including:
- Bankruptcies
- Individual Voluntary
Arrangements
- Creditors Voluntary
Liquidation
- Members Voluntary
Liquidation
- Company Voluntary
Arrangements
- Administrations
- Investigating the financial
affairs of Liquidated companies.
- Reporting to the DTI in
respect of Directors Disqualification.
